Opened in 1995, the President Hotel is a four-star hotel own by the Guangzhou highsun Group. The Hotel is located in Tianhe district, an area full of office buildings and shopping centers. In the neighborhood of the Hotel, there are the East Train Station, Pazhou International Conference Center, famous shopping centers such as the Teem Plaza, Grandview Plaza, Victoria Plaza, the Tianhe Hi-tech Development District, the Information Harbor, and the campuses of some colleges.
